What the site is
Audiochan is an English-language erotic audio site where listening is free: the public player on each audio page streams a recording to a visitor who has not signed in, and the homepage shows its audio rows to anyone who arrives. The library is intimate audio fiction: recordings voiced by performers, many of them built on scripts that writers post for others to fill. The about page sums it up as intimate audios performed by real voices, scripts written by real writers, and interactives that let a listener decide what happens next, and the terms call it a platform for creating and sharing intimate audios and scripts. The privacy page names the company behind it as Audiochan LLC, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The free offer
The homepage opens on a search box and the tabs For You, Trending, Following and New, with a Filters control beside them, and the navigation splits the library into Audios, Scripts and Tags. Each audio row carries a play bar with its running time, the voice performer's username, an audience label in the site's own shorthand (F4M, M4F, F4A, F4F) and an SFW label where it applies, and a short run of tags describing the scenario, the mood and the dynamic. Some rows show a handful of tags and a "+9 more tags" link. The about page points listeners at that tag system: "Find your next listen through tags that match your interests." The help page answers what happens when an audio carries both a tag a listener follows and a tag they have blocked, so following and blocking tags is how a regular shapes the feed.
An audio page holds the title, the audience and SFW labels, the tags, a player with elapsed and total time and a speed control, the performer's own description of the piece, a credit block for the voice performer with a Follow button, and a Listeners Also Enjoyed box that loads recommendations. All of that shows to a logged-out visitor. The privacy page says the site counts listens "without requiring you to sign in", which is the plainest statement that playback is open to guests. Commenting is the line: the audio page says "Sign in or sign up to leave a comment."
The range is wider than explicit material. The about page says the site welcomes everything "From ASMR and sleep meditation to roleplay and intimate audio dramas", and the homepage mixes SFW pieces with adult ones. The terms describe all content as fictional fantasy roleplay.
Playback stays inside the site's own player. The about page says it is backed by protected streaming "designed to make content scraping impractical", and the terms ask listeners not to download or save content except where the script-fill permissions, the rights holders or the law allow it.
The community is what holds the library together. The about page describes three roles: writers who craft narratives for voice actors to fill and build a portfolio of audios, voice actors who bring characters to life, and editors who shape the sound with them. The site's credits keep writers' and editors' names beside the performers they worked with. Profiles are pseudonymous by rule: the terms forbid real names, selfies and portraits, and any location narrower than a country or region on a public profile, and they require avatars, banners and bio fields to stay safe for work. Members can follow performers, comment, and send direct messages, and the terms let a member block another user from messaging them. Creators can also offer commissions to listeners through the platform.
A free account adds a private listening history. From the Listening page a member can delete the listens for one audio or every listen on the account, and a signed-in profile can show the member's total listening time, which the privacy page says is not public. Direct messages, by the privacy page's account, cannot be deleted once sent and are not end-to-end encrypted.
Where free stops, and the rules
Listening carries no price tag: the site lists no membership tier, token package or price for listeners. Money sits on the creator side. The standard fill license says fills "may be free or use Audiochan's supported monetization features", and the terms mention private and paid-access scripts and private commissions, each needing its own permission. Commission deals are between the user and the creator, and the terms say Audiochan is not a party to them and does not guarantee delivery, quality or deadlines.
On advertising, the privacy page says "Audiochan does not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers", runs its analytics on infrastructure it controls, and does not sell that data to advertising networks. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get analytics only after accepting them in the consent banner.
Uploaders must own their content or have permission to share it, must tag all NSFW material, and keep visual previews safe for work, since the audio may be explicit but thumbnails and banners may not. The terms ban content sexualizing minors, hate speech, marketing and referral promotions, and anything uploaded without the consent of every performer. A creator warrants that every performer was at least 18 at the time of recording, keeps records of the identity and age of any other performer, and must hand over documentation of age, identity and consent on request. The fill license rules out AI training, cloned voices and synthetic-voice fills, and the privacy page says uploaded audios and scripts are not used to train AI.
Removal is open to the people in a recording. Any depicted person may ask for content to come down at any time, and where consent is in doubt or meaningfully disputed the site says it will generally remove the content while the question is settled. Creators may appeal a removal within 30 days, with proof of valid consent from everyone depicted, and an unresolved dispute can go to a neutral third party. For copyright, the terms promise help with takedown notices when an audio is reposted elsewhere, and invite reports of copied work through the contact page. They do not name a DMCA agent or a counter-notice process.
Age rules are enforced, by the privacy page's account, through account information, user attestations, moderation and access controls. The terms list countries where the site is not offered, among them China, Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to arbitration under Ontario law. The site runs in English, the footer links an Install the App page, and support takes messages with no account needed, replying by email.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits a listener who wants erotic stories as audio rather than video, someone who likes to steer a feed with followed and blocked tags, and anyone who cares that a recording credits its writer and editor. Writers and voice actors get a clear licensing frame: creators keep ownership and the masters, a writer can close a script to new fills, and a fill already accepted stays published under the terms it was made under.
It does not suit someone who wants to save files for offline listening, since playback stays in the site's player. The site publishes no counts of audios, scripts or members, so its size is hard to judge, and the homepage mixes SFW comfort pieces with adult material, which makes the tags the real filter. Comments and the listening history need an account.
Its strength for a free visitor is a straight path: a public player that streams without a login, a tag system that can be followed and blocked, and a creator community whose roles are named on every audio page.
