What the site is
Our Shemales is a free, English-language streaming tube built around trans performers, and its home page goes straight to a list of clips with no paywall or sign-in screen in front of them. Its masthead reads "Shemale Porn Tube, Shemale Sex, Sexy Shemales", the home page describes it as a "Free shemale tube updated with shemale porn videos and shemale sex movies", and the channels page is headed "XXX Channels & Free HD Porn at Our Shemales". The service calls itself adults-only, and some clips stay blurred until the viewer verifies their age.
The free offer
The site's own menu has Popular, Newest, Channels, Categories, Pornstars and Watch Later. The home page opens on the Popular list. Each entry shows a running time, a percentage and an upload age such as "6 years ago", and the list runs across numbered pages with Next and Last links at the foot. Popular mixes clips more than a decade old with studio scenes from the last few months, while the Newest feed is mostly scenes of about 12 minutes, posted hours apart, so the two lists give quite different views of one library.
Beneath the menu runs a long row of category labels, among them Amateur, Compilation, Mature, Ladyboy, Shemale on Shemale, Shemale on Female, Animated, Vintage and Outdoor, plus a spread of general genre terms. Above it sits a row of channel and performer shortcuts, so the most-followed studios are one click from any page.
The channels page describes its studios as "the world's most known producers" and lists them with a number beside each name, from TransAngels and Transsensual to TsFactor, Genderx, TransHarder and Transsexual Roadtrip; the site does not say what the numbers count. The pornstars page is built the same way, as an index of performer names, each with a number beside it, spread over several pages.
The FAQ says visitors can find content through the search bar at the top of the page, by browsing categories and tags, or with the advanced search options; the site describes no other finding tools.
The channels heading promises free HD, but the site lists no resolutions, players or quality choices. The trust page rules out downloads, with virtual reality material as the stated exception, so clips are watched in the browser.
An account starts from the Sign Up button at the top right, according to the FAQ, and a forgotten password goes through Login and then Forgot Password. Whether Watch Later needs an account, and what membership adds for a viewer, the site leaves unsaid. Uploading is a separate route with its own checks, covered below.
On phones, the FAQ calls the site fully responsive on modern mobile devices and tablets and tells visitors to open it in a mobile browser. No app is mentioned.
Where free stops, and the rules
Nothing on the site is priced: no premium tier, subscription, token package or paid show appears in its text.
Ads appear as blocks labeled "Advertisement", and a cookie notice explains that cookies help deliver the services. The menu bar also carries outside promotional links, such as a live sex link and a full videos link, that the site never explains. The contact form lists Advertising, Webmasters inquiries and a Channels system among its subjects.
The upload page offers a drop area labeled "Drop files here or Open file". The trust page states that "Only verified uploaders can upload content to the Platform," and it sets out the route. A member signs up with a valid email address, fills in a form, submits a photo of an identity document and a selfie holding it through a third-party provider, completes live age verification, and waits for manual approval by the moderation team. Uploaders must be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher, and must keep records for each person shown, citing 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and model releases. A company uploader faces a business check and a legal check that includes Know Your Customer verification.
Moderation has a before-publication stage and an after-publication stage, by the site's account. Before publication, each upload is reviewed against an internal reviewer's guide and compared with a database of hashes of material removed before, and any match goes to a human decision. Banned words are kept out of titles, descriptions and searches by a keyword list the site says is updated on a continuous basis. After publication, user reports trigger a fresh review, with a stated aim of settling them within 7 business days, a period that may be extended for complex cases.
Copyright claims follow the DMCA page, which lists the elements of a notice: a signature, the work claimed, the location of the material such as a URL, contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement made under penalty of perjury. It warns that knowingly false claims carry liability under section 512 of the DMCA. The contact page asks for the URL and reason with a removal request and for proof of ownership with a DMCA notice, and the FAQ points copyright holders to the "Report Violation of Our Rules" option and then the DMCA option. The site says that where illegal content is found, the Platform removes that content immediately. The same FAQ sends two more cases through that contact option: a person who finds a video of themselves on the site, and anyone reporting illegal content. The FAQ gives a reply window of 24-48 hours for contacts, worded as an aim.
The trust page points to separate terms and conditions, privacy, cookie, DMCA and parental controls documents. A person shown in a video who disputes a decision on a claim of lack of consent can take it to a neutral arbitration body at the site's expense. The site names ASACP and the RTA label program among its partner organizations, says their services cost users nothing, and links an EU Digital Services Act page from its footer.
The operator is unnamed: the DMCA page refers only to "the owners and operators of ourshemales.com," and the footer carries the site name with a 2019 to 2026 copyright line.
Parental controls get their own page. The site says every page carries the RTA label and can be blocked by simple parental control tools, names filtering software such as Qustodio and Net Nanny, and walks parents through SafeSearch and operating-system settings.
Who it suits and who it does not
A visitor who wants one trans-focused catalog, with Popular and Newest lists, a long category row and no stated account requirement for watching, will find the free offer easy to read. A phone user gets a responsive layout by the site's own account. The studio channel index suits someone who already follows a production house and wants to start there.
The limits are real. Downloads are off, membership benefits go unexplained, and some clips stay blurred until an age check whose steps the site does not describe. Quality settings are never mentioned beyond the HD promise. Most of the published rules concern uploaders rather than viewers.
The site's strength is that it writes its rules out in plain sight: the DMCA process, the report routes, the 2257 record requirement, the hash check against re-uploads and the reply window are all on the site before a visitor decides whether the free part is enough.
