What the site is

AnyShemale is a free, English-language tube built around trans and shemale adult video, and anyone can start watching from its front page without paying or signing in. Its masthead calls it a "Free Shemale Porn Tube", and the front page's own description says it is a "100% free shemale tube site, updated daily". The terms say the site lets "registered and unregistered users to share and view visual depictions of adult content", and they describe it as a place where users upload, share and watch adult video.

The free offer

The front page opens with a block headed "List of shemale porn videos being watched", followed by a "New Videos" stream. Each entry shows a title, a relative age such as "7 hours ago", a view count and a percentage beside it; the site does not say what that percentage measures.

The Videos menu offers Featured, Most Viewed, Top Rated, Longest and Latest. Most Viewed and Top Rated each split their rankings into All Time, This Month, This Week and Today, and the newest uploads sit on a paged list of their own. Video lists inside a category can be re-sorted by Latest, Most Viewed, Top Rated, Longest, Most Commented and Most Favourited. The Categories page can be sorted by Most Videos, Alphabetically, Most Viewed or Top Rated. On that page the site gives Hardcore as 15497 videos and Amateur as 2291 videos. Its category names run from Amateur Shemale and Shemale Solo through Shemale POV, Shemale on shemale, Crossdresser Porn, Shemale Japan, Brazilian Shemale and Latin Shemale. The Amateur category page describes its footage as homemade clips from people who "simply want to share their homemade creations", which is the closest the site comes to saying what kind of material sits there. A Studios section sits in the main menu beside Categories and Models.

The Models page has an A to Z index and sorts performers by Last Added, Alphabetically, Most Popular, Top Rated, Most Videos, Videos Views, Videos Rating and Last Updated, and each name shows its video count and a rating. It invites visitors to "sort, comment and rate them".

The community section is the other half of the free offer, a members' area built around profiles, playlists and comments. Its Find Friends form filters members by gender (Male, Female, Couple, Transsexual), country, city, age and whether they have a photo. Members can be browsed by Newest, Alphabetically, Most Viewed, Content Popularity or Top Active, and playlists can be ranked by rating, by last update, by views, by comments or by the number of videos they hold. One playlist, Black TS, holds 367 videos. A New Members Videos block carries short clips that members posted themselves, and a Latest Comments block shows remarks left under recent clips.

Playback is the part the site describes least. The terms describe an "Embeddable Player" that a visitor can place on a non-commercial site, provided it carries "a prominent link back" to AnyShemale. The Amateur category's page description offers free amateur videos to "Watch and download", and the terms ask anyone who downloads or prints content for personal use to keep its copyright notices. The site does not describe quality choices, or say whether a download needs an account.

The header offers Sign up and Log in, and the footer carries Invite a Friend and RSS feeds. The site does not list what a registered member gets that an unregistered visitor does not, or say whether the Find Friends search, comments or ratings need an account.

Where free stops, and the rules

The terms reserve "the right to charge for Any Shemale services and to change its fees from time to time", and a refund clause refers to "subscription fees". No price, plan or trial appears anywhere on the site, and no premium tier is described in its own text, so a visitor who wants a paid level costed will not find a figure.

Advertising is mentioned mostly in disclaimers. The Top Rated, Most Popular and Latest pages carry blocks labeled "advertisement". The terms say the site does not "endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Any Shemale website". The header also links to outside pages, such as live cam rooms, which the terms say are "in no way owned or controlled by Any Shemale".

Uploads are open to users under a set of conditions. The terms allow "video and other communications" to be submitted, and they require the uploader to own or hold "the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions" for the material. The rules bar "advertisements or solicitations of business" and content that is "obscene, illegal, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful". Anyone who appears in an upload needs "the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual". The terms also let the site share user uploads with other websites it owns or has agreements with.

The 2257 page sets the age and record rules for uploads. It says the site requires "all users to be 18 years of age to upload videos", and that an uploader must "certify that he/she keeps records of the models in the content". It states that the site "is not a producer (primary or secondary)" of the material and refers record requests to the site where the content was produced. On its own checks the page is candid: AnyShemale "does the best it can with verifying compliance, it may not be 100% accurate". The terms set an age floor of 18 for anyone using the site at all, and a policy section lists the illegal material it says it will not tolerate.

Removal runs through a copyright form and a flag button. The DMCA page says the site "will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement" sent through its "Copyright Contact Form", and it reserves the right "to remove content and terminate the accounts of Any Shemale users who infringe". Viewers can flag a clip with the "flag as inappropriate" link under each video, and the 2257 page says flagged illegal or harmful content is removed "without delay".

The operator is named only as "Any Shemale". The terms name no company, no owner and no country of operation, and the only jurisdiction they cite is "United States, Canada and foreign laws" for intellectual property. The site does not mention an app.

Who it suits and who it does not

AnyShemale suits a visitor who wants a large free library organized by category and ranked by day, week, month or all time, without opening an account. It also suits someone who wants the member lists, member clips and playlists in the community section, and someone who wants to upload homemade clips under the site's 18 and record-keeping rules.

It is a weaker fit for someone who needs quality settings, a price for any paid level, or a clear app or language setting, because the site says nothing about these. Anyone who wants a firm account of how uploads are checked will also find the site's own admission that its checks "may not be 100% accurate" hard to set aside.

Two limits are worth weighing. Many entries on the Top Rated page carry a "Private" label, and the site does not say what that means for a visitor. The terms also say the site is not responsible for "the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights" of user submissions, so each upload stands on its uploader's word.

The strongest part of the free offer is the breadth of the category index, together with the All Time, This Month, This Week and Today windows on the rankings. The community playlists give a second route into the same library.
