What the site is

SEXTVX is a free, English-language porn tube built for phones, and its mobile home page sums itself up as "Daily free mobile porn videos!" Anyone past the age check can stream the clip library, the categories grid and the pornstar index without paying. The terms name the operator as Rosy Decade Limited, cover sextvx.com, and place disputes under the laws and courts of the Republic of Seychelles. A footer link leads to a separate desktop version.

The home page counts 115492 results under its Free Porn Videos heading, and the pornstar index counts 16209. A version switch at the top of every page moves the whole site between Straight, Straight Gay and Trans.

The free offer

The home page lists clips under Popular, New, Hd and Trending tabs, and the menu adds HD Videos, New Videos, Most Popular Videos, Pornstars, Porn Pictures and Categories. Each clip line gives a running time, a view count, the username of the account that posted it and, on most clips, a resolution label of 720p, 1080p or 1440p. The categories page is a long grid of genre labels without counts, opened with a single tap. Where free stops, and the rules

There is no paid tier for watching. The terms reserve the right to charge for any or all services and to change fees, and say a member removed for a breach gets no refund, but no price, subscription or token package appears anywhere on the site. The menu also carries a Live Sex link, and the site does not say what it costs.

Advertising keeps it free. The Advertise page sells in-video banners at 300x250, desktop popunders, desktop banners at 300x750 and mobile banners through partners, warns that it tends to ignore requests from free e-mail services such as Gmail and Hotmail, and asks advertisers to describe their company in detail. The age check comes first. The footer carries an RTA Verified label, and the terms set the minimum age at 18, or higher where local majority is higher.

Uploaders carry the responsibility. The terms say a member is entirely responsible for what they upload, that uploads cannot always be withdrawn, and that each uploader must own the rights, keep written documentation that everyone shown is over 18 and hold written consent from every identifiable person. Material that is illegal, abusive, invasive of privacy, cruel to animals or spam is banned. The 2257 statement says Rosy Decade Limited is not a producer of any content, that third parties upload it, and that while it strives for accurate compliance "we may not be 100% accurate". Visitors can flag objectionable content by e-mail or through a link on the clip's page.

Copyright claims go through a takedown form that asks for the infringing URLs, the original work, the claimant's contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury, and claimants are told they will get a confirmation by e-mail once content is removed. The form asks claimants not to report copies embedded on other sites. The operator says it is not subject to United States law but complies with the DMCA voluntarily, and any uploader who draws 3 good-faith and effective complaints within any contiguous 6-month period loses access to the site. The same form lets a rights holder report an uploader they believe is a repeat infringer. Who it suits, and who it does not

SEXTVX suits a phone user who wants a large free library without an account, with clear resolution labels on each clip and room for long scenes. Gay and trans visitors get a full version of the site, not a single tag, and the pornstar index suits someone who follows particular performers and wants their clip counts at a glance.

The caveats are real. The age check stands in front of everything, the advertising runs to popunders as well as banners, and the site says nothing about how its player handles quality or whether clips can be saved. The terms are long and written in dense legal language.
