What ChatZoZo is

ChatZoZo describes itself as "a free adult chat community": text, voice and webcam rooms for over-18s, open around the clock, with no registration needed to take part. It is a chat site rather than a library of videos. There are no recorded shows to stream: the FAQ says video is peer-to-peer and "is not stored by us". The Terms say the operator has run the site since 2010, and the footer names the site as ChatZoZo with a 2026 copyright.

The free offer is stated in one line on the FAQ: "Free, and no. Every room works as a guest, including voice and video." A visitor picks a room, enters a nickname, confirms they are 18 or older and is in. The sex chat page repeats that text, voice and video in the public rooms and in private chat are all free. The site is in English first, with regional rooms for other languages, and the main rooms ask everyone to use English so that all present can follow.

The free offer

The rooms are the product. The home page lists them with a short description each:

• Sex Chat is the main adult room and the busiest one, built for open group chat with strangers.
• Adult Chat is a general room for conversation, described as less focused and more talkative.
• Video Chat is the cam-first room, where people can go cam-to-cam in public or in a private window.
• Roulette Chat pairs a visitor with one stranger at a time, with a skip button for the next person.
• Gay Chat and Lesbian Chat are separate LGBTQ rooms. The lesbian room is women-only, and the FAQ says men who join to spectate are removed immediately.
• Couples Chat, Roleplay Chat and BDSM Chat are themed rooms, the last billed as "Consent first".

Then come the regional rooms. The home page text says there are 22 country and language rooms, each moderated by people who speak the language, though a link elsewhere on the same page counts 27. The list runs from Indian, UK, Canadian and Australian chat to Arab, Brazilian, German, Italian, Russian, Polish and Vietnamese chat, among others. The site says Indian chat is the largest section, with 7 language rooms and 11 city rooms of its own, and that German chat is the biggest in Europe. For readers who come for community rather than cams, the regional rooms and the forum are the heart of the site.

Cam and voice run over WebRTC in the browser, so nothing is installed. The site claims HD cam and voice and unlimited voice messages in public rooms and private chat. The cam is always optional, and the sex chat page says most people in the room are text-only. Private conversations open as pop-up windows, and several can run beside the public room. Chat supports emoji, a Giphy search and YouTube links that play inline. On phones, the FAQ says the site works in the mobile browser on Android and iOS with the camera included, and tells iPhone users to open the site in Safari itself because in-app browsers usually block camera access.

A free account is optional. The FAQ says registering "reserves your nickname and carries your badges and settings between visits". Guests do not get that.

The community side is a forum, a blog, an explore section, tags, badges and an abbreviations guide. The forum page lists forum statistics of 61,807 threads and 8,390 members, with sections per room (including one each for the Indian, Tamil, Kerala, Telugu and Bengali rooms and one for the main English room) and general topics. Its rules ask members to keep the International discussion section in English, and a Complaints/Reports board carries official reports. A Webmasters page offers other site owners a free chat room of their own, and a User Levels page explains the colored nicknames in the user list.

Where free stops, and the rules

The site says everything is free and that "nothing about the core experience is behind" VIP. VIP adds "a VIP badge, a reserved nickname colour, priority entry when a room is at capacity, a larger upload limit and additional profile customisation". The VIP page says it "buys convenience and recognition, not access" and grants no authority over other users or exemption from the rules. Verified female members get it free of charge: the FAQ says a moderator asks them to wave on cam to confirm a real person is behind the account. The same FAQ says men cannot get VIP and earn a PRO badge instead, awarded "on time and standing in the community". The site prints no VIP price and no payment method.

On advertising, the Terms say the site "carries advertising for services we do not run", and the sex chat page has a labeled Advertisement block. Members, for their part, are banned for advertising, posting links or selling cam shows.

The rules are specific. The chat rules ban links to other websites in messages, images or on cam, repeated messages and social handles in the main lobby. Flooding triggers an automatic freeze of 5 minutes. Recording or screenshotting someone's cam without agreement is barred as a privacy violation, and the FAQ says the operator pursues removal if footage turns up elsewhere. Adult images are allowed between adults, and anything illegal or violent is not. Content involving minors is a permanent ban with a report to the authorities. The safety tips page tells readers never to send money and says paid sex is not permitted.

Age checking is an honest gap. The About page says "We do not verify age with documents. Enforcement is by moderation and by reports." The FAQ confirms that visitors state they are 18 and that accounts found to belong to minors are removed. Moderators are volunteers covering the rooms 24/7 with an administrator on call, and the site says reports are usually acted on within minutes. Moderators can review public room logs; video is not stored by the site. Appeals go through the forum's complaints section or by email, and a ban dodged under a new nickname becomes permanent. To delete an account, the FAQ says to email from the registered address, and guest sessions leave nothing to delete. The Terms say governing law is that of the United States and that the user's content stays theirs with a limited license to the site.

Who it suits

ChatZoZo suits an adult who wants to talk, not just watch: open a browser, pick a nickname and join a room with text, voice or cam, in English or in a regional language. It suits someone who wants a themed or LGBTQ room, a one-to-one roulette option, or a forum to continue the conversation. A phone user is covered by the mobile browser support.

It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants a catalog of recorded clips or professional shows. The mix of people in a room changes by the hour, most of the main room is text rather than cam, and age checking rests on self-declaration and moderators. Its strength is the plain promise that every room, including voice and video, works as a guest at no cost, backed by a clear rules and safety section.
